Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one is home during the day.

Which states do you ship to?

We currently ship to most states within the U.S., excluding Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to state-specific compliance laws.

How are the wines packaged to prevent breakage?

We use industry-leading, eco-friendly molded pulp or high-density foam shippers designed specifically to protect glass bottles from impact and temperature fluctuations.

What happens if my wine is 'corked' or damaged?

If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement bottle.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?

During extreme heat or cold, we offer 'Weather Hold' services to keep your wine in our temperature-controlled cellar until conditions are safe for transport.
