At BuyWinesOnline, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, returns are generally only accepted for damaged or defective merchandise. If your order arrives compromised, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, the cork, and the shipping packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of the affected items to receive a return authorization.
- 3.Pack Securely
If a return is requested, place the items back in their original specialized wine shipping containers to prevent further breakage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we verify the defect or damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
